Purpose and legal basis
Handling booking and contact requests (pre-contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Information about allergies and intolerances is used only to prepare your meal safely, with your explicit consent.
External services
WhatsApp and TheFork are third-party services: if you book through them, their own privacy policies apply.
Retention
Requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them and no longer than 12 months, unless the law requires otherwise.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing by writing to the controller. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
